Frosted Cauliflower
Frosted Cauliflower is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese and 2 tsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook large pieces or whole cauliflower for 12 to 15 minutes in boiling, salted water; drain well.
Place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread over. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375Β°.
Serves 6. (Could cut it up as well.)
