Frosted Cauliflower
Frosted Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 36 minutes. Made with cauliflower, c. mayonnaise, . mustard and . jar cheese whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Boil whole head of cauliflower for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
Do not overcook.
Take it out of the water and drain it well.
Using two forks to handle it works best.
Place the cauliflower on the center of the serving plate with the stem side down.
If it does not sit straight, you may have to cut the stem some.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a cup, and "frost" the cauliflower with the mixture.
Remove the lid from a jar of cheese whiz and microwave it until it is hot.
Pour the cheese whiz over the cauliflower.
Sprinkle top with creole, and Voile!
Serve while hot.
