Fritoli Casserole
Fritoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. corn chips, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans and 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place 2 cups corn chips in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Brown meat with onion in skillet, stirring to keep meat crumbly.
Add undrained beans and olives, water, salt and 3/4 cup cheese.
Mix well and spread over chips in casserole.
Sprinkle remaining chips and cheese over top.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
