Frito Casserole
Frito Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. or more ground beef, 1 can baked beans or pork and beans, 1 can chili without beans, chopped onion and grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown beef in a large skillet; salt and pepper to taste and drain off any excess fat.
Then stir in beans and chili; simmer 5 minutes or longer.
Put 1/2 of meat mixture in a casserole dish. Sprinkle chopped onion and grated cheese all over.
Pour in the rest of meat mixture and cover with rest of onion and cheese. Crush Fritos (in your hands) and completely cover the top.
Bake at 350Β° for about 25 to 35 minutes.
