Friendship Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. canned peaches, drained and diced, 3/4 c. pineapple tidbits, drained, 6 maraschino cherries, halved, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 pkg. dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a loose cover. Stir several times the first day, then stir once a day.
At the end of 2 weeks the Starter has fermented to make sauce.
