Fried Turkey
Fried Turkey is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 to 14 lb.) turkey and 2 gal. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Dry and season turkey (inside and out).
Heat oil until temperature reaches 375°.
Place turkey in oil.
Cook 3 1/2 minutes per pound.
Place on a platter.
Cook 1/2 hour before carving. You must use a thermometer to check temperature of oil. Oil must be kept at 325° while cooking.
