Fried Rice

Made with 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 3 c. cold cooked rice, cooked and refrigerated at least a day ahead, 4 chopped green onions, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. chopped, cooked roast pork or ham or 1 c. diced shrimp or chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil in skillet.
Add rice; cook until hot and golden. Add onions, salt and meat.
When these ingredients are well mixed, hollow a center in the rice.
