Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, 1/2 c. green onions and tops, 1 c. celery, chopped, 4 oz. can mushrooms, sliced and drained and 2 c. rice, cooked and cold, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
Add 1/4 cup bacon drippings to pan.
Add onion, celery, mushrooms and rice.
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently (5 minutes).
Stir in soy sauce.
Stir in beaten egg to rice mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until egg sets (3 minutes).
