Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bags success rice, 1/2 lb. ham, bacon, chicken, shrimp or any kind of meat, 1 large onion, chopped, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook rice; saute meat until brown with 1 teaspoon oil, then add onion, salt, pepper and parsley.
Scramble egg and add to mixture.
Cook garlic with onion.
Take off heat and add soy sauce.
Serve with pepper steak or use as any side dish.
