Fried Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small cans mushrooms, 2 small cut up onions, 2 c. uncooked minute rice, soy sauce and 2 cans clear chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions in chicken fat, add rice and mix.
Put few drops of soy sauce in, add mushrooms and chicken soup.
