Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cabbage, 1 onion, 1/2 c. celery, diced, 1 c. cooked rice and 1 c. mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain bean sprouts; soak in cold water.
Put small amount of oil in 4-quart pan.
Cook cabbage, onions and celery until slightly brown.
Add hamburger and other ingredients.
Drain water from bean sprouts; add sprouts to pan.
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
May add soy sauce, if you like.
