Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. uncooked medium grain rice, 2 c. water, 3 tbsp. cooking oil, 6 slices raw bacon, chopped and 1 c. green onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a Dutch oven, cook rice with water; set aside.

In a wok, over high heat, add oil and bacon.

Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, to separate bacon pieces.

Add green onion and cook until onion is tender, about 1 minute.

Add rice and mix well. While still over heat, add eggs; mix well until cooked.

Season with soy sauce and serve.
