Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1/2 c. diced ham, 2 strips bacon, diced, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rice omitting salt; set aside.
Cook bacon and ham in vegetable oil until bacon is crisp.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Stir in rice, onions and soy sauce.
Stir-fry at medium heat for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
