Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked rice, chilled, 6 green onions, chopped, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 2 c. cooked meat (beef, chicken, turkey, shrimp), cut up and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a skillet, heat oil, then add onions and stir.
Next, add rice and season mix, still stirring, add soy sauce and heat through.
Add eggs and mushrooms, cooking until eggs are done. Then add meat, heating through.
More soy sauce can be added when finished cooking.
