Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 1/2 c. water, 2 c. rice, 1/2 c. crisco oil, 1/2 c. soy sauce and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil water.
Add rice. Boil 15 minutes.
Rinse in cold water and drain. In frying pan, combine oil, soy sauce, sugar and onion.
Simmer 1/2 hour.
