Fried Noodles
Fried Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. thin spaghetti, 2 large carrots, shredded, 1 large onion, chopped, garlic and 1 c. beef or chicken meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Cut beef or chicken into strips. Season with 2 tablespoons soya sauce and cornstarch.
Heat wok and add 2 tablespoons of oil; when hot add garlic and onion until brown.
Add meat and stir-fry until done.
Add vegetables for 2 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of soya sauce and oyster sauce.
Add noodles.
Stir-fry until well mixed.
Add salt for taste.
