Fried Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. dried noodles (3 to 3 1/2 c. cooked and drained), 4 tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 2 tbsp. parsley and 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat skillet; add oil.
Mix all the rest of ingredients and dump into skillet.
Pack down in skillet.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn when golden brown and cook other side.
Invert onto plate.
Garnish with parsley.
