Fried Fruit Salad
Fried Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 apples, cored and diced, 2 bananas, sliced, 1 can pineapple (if tidbits or crushed, drain), 1 c. blueberries and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put 1/4 cup margarine in hot skillet; put in apples.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add pineapple; continue cooking on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add bananas, the juice of 1 lime and orange liqueur/Malibu rum, etc.; stir.
Add blueberries.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add coconut any time.
Tastes great cold, too.
