Fried Chicken Coating is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pancake flour mix, 2 pkg. good seasons italian salad dressing mix, 1 large egg and 1/3 c. club soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine pancake mix with 1 pack Italian dressing mix.
Combine the other package of salad dressing with the egg and club soda. Dip pieces of chicken into club soda mixture first, then into the pancake mixture.
Brown pieces in oil, then arrange on baking sheet and bake at 350Β° for about 30 to 45 minutes.
