Fried Chicken
Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can pet evaporated milk (12 fluid oz.), 1 egg, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a bowl, combine evaporated milk and egg.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. In large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat, dip chicken pieces in egg and milk mixture, then coat with flour mixture, fry in hot oil, turning frequently until done, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
