Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 12 to 14 pieces chicken, assorted, about 4 lb., 1 1/2 to 2 c. flour, 4 eggs, bread crumbs and oil for deep frying, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash chicken thoroughly.
Place in large kettle and cook 45 minutes.
Have 3 bowls ready.
Put flour with salt and pepper in one, eggs beaten with a little milk in the second and breads crumbs in third for coating.
