Fresh Shrimp
Fresh Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh shrimp, 2 qt. water, juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. caraway seed and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place water, vegetables and seasonings in saucepan.
Heat to simmering point.
Wash shrimp, drop in broth and allow to simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
Permit to cool.
Remove shrimp, shell and take out back vein of each shrimp.
Shrimp may now be chilled for salads, cocktails, etc. or dipped in batter to be French fried.
