Fresh Pear Cake
Fresh Pear Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. granulated sugar, 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 3 c. all-purpose flour and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat eggs on medium speed in large mixing bowl.
Gradually add sugar and oil.
Beat thoroughly.
Combine flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
Add to egg mixture and mix well.
Stir in pears and vanilla.
(The batter will be stiff.) Spoon into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 65 minutes or until cake tests done.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
