Fresh Peach Pie
Fresh Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pie shells, baked, 4 tbsp. peach jell-o, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. water and 4 large peaches, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese together.
Spread in baked pie shells.
Cover cream cheese with sliced peaches, filling to the top of pie shells.
Boil cornstarch, water and 1 cup sugar until thickened, then add Jell-O and set aside to cool.
Pour Jell-O (cooled) over peaches.
Congeal in refrigerator for several hours.
Cover with whipped topping before serving.
This makes 2 pies.
