Fresh Peach Pie
Fresh Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. cornstarch, 1 1/2 c. sugar, pinch of salt and 3 or 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and salt until clear, then add 1 box peach Jell-O while mixture is still hot.
Let cool and pour over sliced peaches in bottom of baked crust.
Top with Cool Whip.
