Fresh Peach Cake
Fresh Peach Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. vegy oil, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine oil and sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing until blended.

Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
