Fresh Grapefruit Salad
Fresh Grapefruit Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 6 small grapefruit, cut in half, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice, 1 (6 oz.) box sugar-free lemon gelatin and 1 (3 oz.) box sugar-free lemon gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Scoop out sections of fruit from grapefruit and cut out membranes.
Drain the grapefruit sections and save juice. Combine grapefruit juice with pineapple juice and add enough water to make 5 cups.
Heat 2 cups liquid to dissolve gelatin. Add rest of liquid to fruit.
Mix well and spoon into grapefruit shells or put into shallow pan.
Refrigerate until firm and serve one shell per person. Or cut gelatin in pan into squares and serve on lettuce.
