Fresh Fruitade
Fresh Fruitade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. orange spice tea, 1/3 c. honey, juice of 1 lemon, juice of 1 lime and 3 qt. sparkling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a 1-quart saucepan, combine tea and honey.
Bring to a boil; add juices of lemon, lime and oranges.
Bring to boil, stirring frequently, boiling about 7 minutes or until slightly syrupy.
Chill mixture.
For each serving, place 2 tablespoons syrup mixture in a chilled tall tea glass.
Add 1 cup sparkling water and ice.
Stir well.
Contains 35 calories and less than 0.1 gram fat.
