Fresh Fruit Salad
Fresh Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cooked vanilla pudding, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches and 1 banana, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain each can of fruit separately, reserving 2/3 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/3 cup peach juice. Mix juices and pudding into a heavy sauce.
Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook until it is clear.
Mix canned fruit with sauce.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, add bananas, grapes and strawberries.
