Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Set aside.
Place fruit in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° until fruit is tender, about 40 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or light cream.
