Fresh Fruit Cream Pie
Fresh Fruit Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 deep dish pie shell, baked and cooled or 1 graham cracker crust, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 c. fresh fruit (peaches or strawberries), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare crust.
Mix Cool Whip with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup sour cream, gently.
Put in bottom of crust.
Prepare fruit.
Mix in a small pan, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 package jello. Add cornstarch, stirring to remove all lumps.
Boil until thick. Cool and add to fruit.
Place fruit mixture over cream and chill several hours.
