Fresh Fruit Cake
Fresh Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with angel food cake (pink), 1 large vanilla pudding (6 oz.), 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 can pineapple chunks and 1 1/2 c. green seedless grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Pinch angel food cake into little pieces and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Take juice from Mandarin oranges and pineapple and add enough orange juice to make 3 cups; add pudding.
Cook, then cool.
Pour over cake, then place Mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, bananas and kiwi and pour over pudding.
