Made with 1 c. butter, softened, juice of 1 lemon and 3/4 c. crushed strawberries, raspberries or blueberries; or finely chopped apples, pears or dates; or grated peel of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream butter, stir in fruit or peel and lemon juice. Refrigerate or freeze.
These will keep up to 3 months in the freezer.
