Fresh Fruit Bowl
Fresh Fruit Bowl is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 c. fresh melon cubes, 1 to 2 tbsp. white corn syrup, 1 pt. fresh strawberries, 2 c. fresh pineapple chunks and fresh mint leaves (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large bowl, combine melon cubes and corn syrup.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, stir in remaining fruit.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Yields 3 to 4 quarts.
