Fresh Creamed Corn
Fresh Creamed Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 ears corn, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut corn off cob.
Cook bacon until crisp in skillet over medium fire.
Remove and crumble.
Reserving drippings.
Add corn, sugar, milk, salt and pepper to reserved drippings.
Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine cream and flour in jar; shake until blended.
Stir into corn mixture.
Add margarine; cook, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
Makes 6 servings.
