Fresh Coconut Cake
Fresh Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines butter cake mix, 2 c. sour cream, 2 c. sugar, 1 pkg. frozen coconut and 1 large cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bake cake mix in four round thin layers or two layers.
Mix together 2 cups sour cream, sugar and coconut.
Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.
Spread the remaining on top and between layers. Gently fold a large container of Cool Whip into the set aside cup of mixture.
Spread on top and sides of cake.
Sprinkle coconut on top and sides.
