Fresh Broccoli Casserole
Fresh Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bunch broccoli, coarsely chopped (about 6 c.), 6 tbsp. butter, 6 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 1 c. grated mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook broccoli until just tender.
Drain and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk, cooking and stirring, until thickened.
Add cheese and stir until melted.

Add some cream sauce to the eggs; blend and add back to the sauce.
Add spices.
Fold in broccoli and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with saltines and bake 30 minutes.
