Fresh Blueberry Pie
Fresh Blueberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, dash of salt and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add to berries and lemon juice. Add butter.
Heat over medium heat until boiling.
Boil for about 5 minutes.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Place pastry on top and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
I usually double this amount for a 9 x 13-inch pan for cobblers.
