Fresh Beef Brisket
Fresh Beef Brisket is an easy dinner. Made with 7 or 8 lb. fresh brisket, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup, 2 c. catsup and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Line roaster with foil.
Place brisket into roaster.
Mix catsup and water together; pour over brisket.
Sprinkle onion soup over the top.
Seal with more foil.
Cool slow (325Β°) for about 2 to 3 hours or until done.
Remove from pan; reserve sauce.
Allow to cool.
Cut off fat and slice brisket; place in baking dish. Pour sauce over top.
Heat through before serving.
