Fresh Apple Nut Cake

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.
Combine eggs, sugar and oil in bowl; blend well. Gradually flour; in walnuts, apples, cinnamon and vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake one hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes clean.
Cool in pan.
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
