Fresh Apple Crunch Cake
Fresh Apple Crunch Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. soda, 2 eggs and 2 c. fresh apples, sliced thin with peeling left on, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Sift together flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and soda. Mix oil, eggs and sugar together; beat well.
Add dry ingredients to oil mixture and mix well.
Add apples, nuts, vanilla and brandy. Mix again.
Batter stiff, like cookie dough. Spread lightly greased
13 x 5 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
