Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3 c. apples, peeled and chopped and 1 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Add apples, raisins, coconut and nuts; stir thoroughly.
Add soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in flour until batter is very stiff.
Bake in tube pan at 325Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Cake may be iced with creamy icing, if desired.
