Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. oil, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. sugar and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the first 5 ingredients well; fold in apples and pecans last.
Dough will be stiff.
Pour batter into 3 cake pans and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
You can also have a tube pan but you will need to increase your baking time by 10 minutes, testing with a toothpick to check to see if it's done.
