Beat together oil, vanilla, eggs and sugar.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Mix wet and dry ingredients; add apples and nuts.
Batter will be very thick.
Pour into 10 x 13 greased pan.
Bake in 325Β° oven for 1 hour.
This cake needs no icing.
