Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped raw apples, 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil (crisco or wesson), 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 2 1/2 c. sifted flour (plain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel apples; chop and set aside.
Pour oil in large mixing bowl; add sugar and eggs and beat well.
Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
Gradually add to cream mixture; add vanilla.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake at 325Β° in 10-inch tube or oblong pan 1 hour or until done.
Slightly grease pan.
