Mix sugar and apples together.
Combine oil and eggs.
Add to apple mixture.
Combine flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and soda; mix well.

Then add pecans or walnuts. Bake in greased and floured Bundt cake pan for 1 hour at 350Β°.
