Blend oil and eggs in bowl.
Mix together in separate bowl the sugar, flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Blend dry ingredients into oil and eggs.
Mix nuts in last.
Stir in diced apples.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle butterscotch bits over top; bake at 350Β° for about 50 minutes or until done.
