Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oil, 3 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla well.
Sift dry ingredients.
Blend with first mixture.
Mixture will be thick.
Add apples and pecans.
Grease and flour Bundt pan (or tube pan or 9 x 12 sheet cake pan).
Put in COLD oven.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes (maybe a little less for sheet cake).
Remove from pan.
Glaze, if desired.
