Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. mazola oil (may be less), 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Coarsely chop the pecans and apples.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Dredge apples in flour mixture.
Add creamy mixture and pecans.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 minutes.
Let cool completely (about 30 minutes) before inverting.
