Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large bowl mix well salad oil, eggs and sugar.
In separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Stir in nuts and chopped apples.
Mix well.
Spread mixture in a greased 11 x 9-inch pan.
Distribute butterscotch chips on top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
For best results, bake 1 day before serving.
